本周稀土市場(chǎng)行情，鐠釹價(jià)格保持平穩(wěn)，鏑鐵和鋱保持持續(xù)上漲。 亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格334-339元/KG (上海有色，335-340元/KG)，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1470-1490元/KG (上海有色，1510-1540元/KG)，金屬鋱價(jià)格4080-4130元/KG (上海有色，4100-4150元/KG)。
This week, prices of PrNd, kept stable while DyFe and Tb kept increasing. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 334-339 RMB/KG (price from SMM: 335-340 RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1470-1490 RMB/KG (price from SMM: 1510-1540 RMB/KG), and Tb metal 4080-4130 RMB/KG (price from SMM: 4100-4150 RMB/KG).
在澳洲稀土礦商Lynas廢料處理的問題上，西澳大利亞資源及工業(yè)部長(zhǎng)明確表示：依據(jù)澳大利亞的法律，不會(huì)接受任何海外運(yùn)來的廢料。這表示自今年2月26日以來馬澳雙方相關(guān)部門關(guān)于Lynas的協(xié)商完全決裂。談判破裂迫使馬來西亞政府將怒火與矛頭轉(zhuǎn)向Lynas，再度聲明限其9月前將水濾廢料運(yùn)回澳大利亞。
On the issue of waste disposal by Australian rare earth miner Lynas, the Minister of Resources and Industry of Western Australia made it clear that under Australian law, no waste transported abroad would be accepted. This means that the negotiations since February 26 this year between the relevant departments of Malaysia and Australia on Lynas priorities have completely broken down. The breakdown of the negotiations forced the Malaysian government to turn its anger and spearhead to Lynas and reiterate its restriction on the return of filtered wastes to Australia by September.
截至目前，Lynas工廠已累計(jì)產(chǎn)生了水濾廢料45萬噸、中和性廢料113萬噸，問題棘手且尾大不掉，加上兩國政界對(duì)抗的殃魚城火，Lynas處境進(jìn)退兩難。目前Lynas的出路就只剩在當(dāng)?shù)匦⌒闹?jǐn)慎地處理這龐大的廢料，雖然前路堪憂，但Lynas仍未放棄努力，總裁阿曼達(dá)日前聲明，正在與當(dāng)?shù)卣逃懤^續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的可能性并推進(jìn)廢料處理設(shè)施的建設(shè)。
Up to now, Lynas has produced 450,000 tons of water filter waste and 1,130,000 tons of neutral waste. The problem is difficult and cumbersome. In addition, Lynas is in a dilemma because of the confrontation between the political conflicts of the two countries. At present, the only way out for Lynas is to deal with the huge waste carefully and carefully. Although the road ahead is worrying, Lynas has not abandoned its efforts. President Amanda recently declared that she is discussing with the local government the possibility of continuing operation and promoting the construction of waste treatment facilities.

近日重稀土產(chǎn)品漲勢(shì)再度開啟暴走模式，以氧化鏑為例，每日成價(jià)格上浮近2萬元/噸，且天內(nèi)廠家報(bào)價(jià)甚至出現(xiàn)2次上調(diào)，其他重稀土氧化物亦表現(xiàn)良好。
In recent days, the price upsurge of heavy rare earth products has reopened the pattern of storm. Taking Dy oxide as an example, the daily turnover price has risen by nearly 20,000 yuan/ton, and the quotation of manufacturers has even risen twice in a day. Other heavy rare earth oxides have also performed well.
5月中旬中緬全境稀土封關(guān)實(shí)錘已定，且業(yè)內(nèi)預(yù)計(jì)此次封關(guān)至少持續(xù)一個(gè)季度，甚至有可能持續(xù)至相關(guān)監(jiān)管部門步入工作狀態(tài)，屆時(shí)來自緬甸的稀土資源進(jìn)口將更為規(guī)范，從而確保重稀土市場(chǎng)乃至重稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈更為穩(wěn)定健康地發(fā)展。
