本周稀土市場金屬鐠釹價(jià)格有小幅上漲，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格相對穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬330-335元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1245-1265元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3900-3950元/KG。

This week the price of rare earth market had a slight increase. The price at weekend from Asia metal presented as: PrNd 330-335 RMB/KG, DyFe 1245-1265 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3900-3950 RMB/KG.

工信部等八部門日前聯(lián)合發(fā)出通知，決定在前期整頓工作基礎(chǔ)上，自2016年12月至2017年4月在全國開展打擊稀土違法違規(guī)行為專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)。專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)方案工作內(nèi)容和要求包括：嚴(yán)厲打擊稀土非法開采、整治以綜合利用為名變相加工非法礦產(chǎn)品、嚴(yán)格規(guī)范稀土產(chǎn)品交易、追查低價(jià)出口稀土產(chǎn)品來源。本次打黑直指行業(yè)頑疾，稀土價(jià)格有望崛起。

The MIIT and other eight departments jointly issued a notice recently and decided to carry out special action to crack down rare earth illegal behavior on the basis of rectification work from December 2016 to April 2017 throughout the country. Special action program including following contents and requirements: crack down the illegal exploitation of rare earth, punish on machining illegal mineral products disguised as comprehensive utilization, strictly regulate the trading of rare earth products and tracing the source of low-priced exports of rare earth products. This special action directly against the industry ills, rare earth prices are expected to rise.

本周稀土市場鐠釹類報(bào)價(jià)小幅調(diào)漲，但高價(jià)位成不活躍，已有滯漲的跡象。另外南北方鐠釹金屬報(bào)價(jià)有差距，南方地區(qū)已報(bào)至34萬以上，北方33.5萬的均價(jià)還可交；當(dāng)前市場報(bào)價(jià)混亂，商家要么不報(bào)價(jià)，報(bào)價(jià)者虛高情況不在少數(shù)。本周消息面利好消息發(fā)酵至今，推漲動(dòng)力顯頹。鏑鋱方面因下游大多停止采購改為觀望，價(jià)格穩(wěn)定。

SMM mainstream today offer as follows, praseodymium oxide mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 318,000-325,000 RMB/T, neodymium oxide is 253,000-255,000 RMB/T, neodymium metal is 334,000-339,000 RMB/T, neodymium praseodymium oxide mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 260,000-263,000 RMB/T, praseodymium neodymium metal mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 335000 ~ 340000 RMB/T. Dysprosium oxide mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 1.23-1.25 million RMB/T, dysprosium tax-included price is 1.25-1.27 million RMB/T.
