本周稀土市場(chǎng)價(jià)格企穩(wěn)。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬319-324元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1240-1270元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3550-3650元/KG。

This week the market price of rare earth was stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present: PrNd 319-324 RMB/KG, DyFe 1240-1270RMB/KG, Tb metal 3550-3650RMB/KG.

2016年7月，中國(guó)稀土的出口量為3945 噸，較去年同期增長(zhǎng)7.8%，環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)2.5%；出口平均單價(jià)為7.7 美元/千克，較去年同期下滑30.9%，環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)4.5%。2016年1-7月，中國(guó)稀土的出口總量為27159 噸，同比增長(zhǎng)54.8%；平均出口價(jià)格為7.4 美元/千克，同比下滑38.6%。

On July 2016, China's exports of rare earth is 3945 tons, an increase of 7.8% compared to the same period of last year, the ring growth is 2.5%; the average export price is 7.7 U.S. dollars / kg, compared with the same period is last year has fell 30.9%, the ring growth is 4.5%. From Jan.-July in 2016, China's total exports of rare earth is 27159 tons, an increase of 54.8% compared to the same period of last year; the average export price is 7.4 U.S. dollars / kg, down 38.6% compared to the same period of last year.

記者從消息人士處獲悉，目前稀土國(guó)儲(chǔ)招標(biāo)會(huì)議準(zhǔn)備工作已經(jīng)啟動(dòng)，正式會(huì)議或?qū)⒂?月初召開。

Reporters learned from the sources, the current reserve bidding for the rare earth has been started, the official meeting may be held in early September.

市場(chǎng)有傳言稱，此次招標(biāo)數(shù)量可能超過(guò)一輪招標(biāo)的3870噸，且北方稀土和五礦稀土大概率不參加國(guó)儲(chǔ)招標(biāo)。業(yè)內(nèi)指出，今年6月7日的一輪稀土國(guó)儲(chǔ)招標(biāo)會(huì)議流標(biāo)主要原因就是價(jià)格過(guò)低，因此本輪國(guó)儲(chǔ)招標(biāo)會(huì)議關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)仍在于價(jià)格博弈。

Market rumors that the biding quantity may exceed 3870 tons in the first round, while North Rare Earth and China Minmetals Cooperation probably are not to participate in the state reserve biding. The industry pointed out that in June 7th this year, the first round of bidding for the main reason is the price is too low, so the key point of the current round of national reserve bidding is still in the price game.

據(jù)悉，一輪招標(biāo)的9個(gè)品種價(jià)格分別為：氧化鐠釹26.89萬(wàn)元/噸，氧化釹26.71萬(wàn)元/噸，氧化鐠31.93萬(wàn)元/噸，氧化鏑130.45萬(wàn)元/噸，氧化鋱291.21萬(wàn)元/噸，氧化銪40.35萬(wàn)元/噸，氧化镥432.79萬(wàn)元/噸，氧化釔2.29萬(wàn)元/噸，氧化鉺17.57萬(wàn)元/噸。

It is reported that the first round of bidding of nine varieties of price respectively: PrNd oxide is 26.89 million yuan / tons, Nd oxide is 26.71 million yuan / tons, Pr oxide is 31.93 million yuan / tons, Dy oxide is 130.45 million yuan / tons,Tb oxide is 291.21 million yuan / tons, Er oxide is 40.35 million yuan / tons, Lu oxide is 432.79 million yuan / tons, yttrium oxide of is 2.29 million yuan / tons, erbium oxide is 17.57 million yuan / tons.

目前，受此前國(guó)儲(chǔ)招標(biāo)會(huì)議流產(chǎn)的影響，市場(chǎng)信心不足，僅靠需求難以支撐稀土價(jià)格。百川資訊報(bào)價(jià)顯示，26日，氧化鐠釹報(bào)價(jià)為24.8萬(wàn)元/噸，氧化鏑報(bào)價(jià)為121.5萬(wàn)元/噸，較月初分別小幅下滑1.2%和0.8%，且均低于收儲(chǔ)招標(biāo)價(jià)。

百川資訊在分析中指出，由于稀土價(jià)格下跌，多數(shù)稀土分離廠商處于虧損邊緣，后期如果稀土氧化物價(jià)格下跌，分離廠減產(chǎn)或停產(chǎn)會(huì)增加。

Wikipedia information in the analysis pointed out that due to down of the rare earth prices, most of the rare earth separation manufacturers were at a loss of the edge, later if the price of rare earth oxides is falling, the separation plant cut or stop production will increase.
