本周稀土市場(chǎng)鐠釹價(jià)格價(jià)格小幅下跌，鏑鐵鋱價(jià)格相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬319-324元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1240-1270元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3550-3650元/KG。

This week the rare earth market price of PrNd has a slight decline, while the price of DyFe and Tb metal is relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present as: PrNd 319-324RMB/KG, DyFe 1240-1270RMB/KG, Tb metal 3550-3650RMB/KG.

近日舉行的第八屆中國(guó)包頭·稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)（國(guó)際）論壇中，包頭市稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)投資基金成立。

Recently the 8th China Baotou International Rare Earth Forum is held and the investment fund for transformation and upgrading of Baotou rare earth industry has been established.

近年來(lái)，針對(duì)稀土行業(yè)企業(yè)多小散、產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩嚴(yán)重等問(wèn)題，國(guó)家出臺(tái)多項(xiàng)措施加快稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境有所向好，產(chǎn)業(yè)布局更趨合理。不過(guò)，中國(guó)工程院院士、中國(guó)稀土行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)干勇認(rèn)為，國(guó)內(nèi)新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)。他說(shuō)，中國(guó)的材料優(yōu)勢(shì)資源里，但其產(chǎn)品比例偏低，因此建立完整的中國(guó)新材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，融入的體系。

In recent years, focusing on the problems in rare earth industry such as small-size enterprises, severe overcapacity, the government had introduced a number of measures to speed up the rare earth industry transformation and upgrading and the rare earth industry development environment becomes better as well as more reasonable industrial distribution. Besides, Mr Gan Yong, the academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and president of China's rare earth industry association, think that the domestic new material industry should compare with the international standard. He also mentioned that rare earth is one of the biggest advantage in Chinese material resources but with low percentage in high-end products, therefore, we should establish the complete Chinese new material standard system and integrate into the international high-end system.

業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示，此次成立的包頭市稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)投資基金，是內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)設(shè)立的專(zhuān)門(mén)扶持稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展基金，對(duì)于加快推動(dòng)我國(guó)稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展將發(fā)揮重要作用；18項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)布則有利于加快行業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新、搶奪國(guó)際話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)。

Insider indicate that the investment fund for transformation and upgrading of Baotou rare earth industry is the initial investment fund established in Inner Mongolia autonomous region which dedicated to support the development of rare earth industry, which will play an important role in promoting the rare earth industry development in China. The publish of 18 standard will help to speed up the industry technology innovation and strengthen international discourse right.

在此次論壇上，科技部科技評(píng)估中心主任王瑞軍發(fā)布并宣讀了稀土行業(yè)18項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其中包括5項(xiàng)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、3項(xiàng)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、10項(xiàng)企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，涵蓋了技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、工藝、檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)方法等方面。

In this forum, Mr Wang Ruijun, the director of the science and technology evaluation center has published and announced the 18 standard in rare earth industry, which includes five national standards, three industry standards, 10 enterprise standard, and they have covered many aspects such as technical standard, product standard, technology and inspection method, etc.

王瑞軍表示，技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是科技成果的載體和延伸，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平不僅是衡量一個(gè)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要指標(biāo)，也是衡量一個(gè)行業(yè)乃至一個(gè)國(guó)家核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要指標(biāo)?！拔覀兿嘈?，稀土領(lǐng)域一系列技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研發(fā)運(yùn)用，將有利于保障稀土領(lǐng)域科技創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在"十三五"期間邁上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。"

Mr Wang Ruijun also indicate that the technical standard is the carrier and extension of scientific and technological achievements and standardization level is not only an important index of measuring the core competitiveness of enterprise but also important index of measuring the core competitiveness of industry or even a country. We believed that the research and development of a series of technical standards in rare earth industry will help to guarantee the technology innovation and industrial development move to a new level during “thirteen five-year plan" period.
