本周稀土市場(chǎng)鐠釹和鏑鐵價(jià)格有小幅下滑，金屬鋱價(jià)格相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬341-346元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1280-1310元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3650-3750元/KG。

This week, the price of both PrNd and DyFe have a slight decline while Tb price is relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present: PrNd is 341-346RMB/KG, DyFe is 1280-1310RMB/KG and Tb metal is 3650-3750RMB/KG.

稀土國(guó)儲(chǔ)會(huì)議于7日在北京召開(kāi)，下午舉行招標(biāo)會(huì)議，截至目前，有消息稱，稀土國(guó)儲(chǔ)招標(biāo)9個(gè)品種全部流標(biāo)。

The rare earth national purchasing and storage meeting was held in Beijing on June 7th and bidding conference in the afternoon. So far, it is said that all the nine varieties are failed to be sold at auction.

據(jù)上海有色網(wǎng)報(bào)道，前兩批商儲(chǔ)收儲(chǔ)量2600噸，國(guó)儲(chǔ)招標(biāo)量3870噸，符合此前市場(chǎng)說(shuō)法，國(guó)儲(chǔ)或許也分兩批，與商儲(chǔ)間或進(jìn)行，是企業(yè)和國(guó)儲(chǔ)局談判妥協(xié)的結(jié)果?，F(xiàn)今流標(biāo)的價(jià)格與當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)價(jià)格相比，有高有低，但相差均不大。鑒于當(dāng)前市價(jià)下大部分企業(yè)仍處在成本倒掛邊緣，SMM猜測(cè)流標(biāo)原因大概率是招標(biāo)價(jià)格不符合企業(yè)預(yù)期。

There's a big chance that the national purchasing and storage will also be divided into two batches and occasionally proceed along with commercial purchasing and storage, which is the compromise results after the negotiations between enterprises and State Reserve Bureau. We found that the price had no big difference between the failed price at auction and current market price. As most of the enterprises are on the edge of cost overhang under current market price, SMM speculate the reason that failed to be sold at auction is because the bidding prices do not meet the enterprise expectations.

　　此次流標(biāo)后重啟談判的時(shí)間暫未定，按照歷史規(guī)律來(lái)看，基本不可能在當(dāng)月重啟，各方利益仍需一定的時(shí)間磨合。但需警惕的是，四月以來(lái)稀土上漲多依賴政策催化，市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)除開(kāi)需求清淡外，唯系于收儲(chǔ)進(jìn)程正常推進(jìn)。近兩周來(lái)，因三批商儲(chǔ)為時(shí)尚遠(yuǎn)，國(guó)儲(chǔ)亦遲遲不見(jiàn)消息，下游企業(yè)考慮到需求沒(méi)有明顯好轉(zhuǎn)，推遲補(bǔ)貨下稀土原材料市場(chǎng)不活躍，此前漲幅過(guò)高品種紛紛回落。目前市場(chǎng)上下仍在等待國(guó)儲(chǔ)會(huì)議由具體細(xì)則出臺(tái)，現(xiàn)在預(yù)期落空，則市場(chǎng)中前期補(bǔ)漲過(guò)頭的品種將難止跌，回調(diào)將繼續(xù)。

The time for restarting the negotiation is not decided yet but according to the historical law, it will still need a certain amount of time to meet the interests of all parties which virtually impossible to restart within this month. But what worth alerting is the increasing of rare earth price since April is mainly rely on policy catalytic, the market demand is weak and only the rare earth purchasing and storage is proceed regularly. During the last two weeks, as the third batch of commercial purchasing and storage was still far and no update news on national purchasing and storage, the downstream companies had delayed the replenishment considering no sharply demand increase which lead to inactive trading conditions in rare earth raw material market and fall back of the price with high increase. Currently the market is waiting for the detailed rules and regulations from the rare earth national purchasing and storage meeting, but with the dis-confirmed expectancy, the variety with sharply increase in the early-middle period will be hard to stop falling and call-back will be followed.
