n 本周稀土市場(chǎng)鏑鐵價(jià)格下跌，鐠釹、鋱價(jià)格相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬330-335元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1260-1290元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3200-3300元/KG。
This week the price of DyFe decreased in the weekend while PrNd and Tb are relatively stable. The prices from Asian Metal present: PrNd 330-350RMB/KG; DyFe 1260-1290 RMB/KG; Tb 3200-3300RMB/KG.
2. 業(yè)內(nèi)人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders
海關(guān)總署15日公布數(shù)據(jù)顯示，中國(guó)2016年1月稀土出口4013噸，同比大增175.4%，環(huán)比下降17.05%。百川資訊稀土分析師杜帥兵對(duì)此表示，“主要由于去年1月份國(guó)家放開稀土出口配額，一年內(nèi)出口企業(yè)數(shù)量大增，從年初的逾40家增長(zhǎng)到業(yè)內(nèi)目前預(yù)估的100多家，導(dǎo)致今年同比出口大增。此外，從往年規(guī)律來看，由于2月份中國(guó)春節(jié)放假，國(guó)外也會(huì)在1月份進(jìn)行提前備貨。"
According to the data published by General Administration of Customs on 15th, China's exports of Rare earth in January 2016 were 4013 tons, which was a great increase of 175.4% over the same time of previous year, but a month-on-month decrease of 17.05%. "It is mainly due to the release of export quotas in last January, there was a huge increase in the number of exporting companies, from over 40 companies at the beginning of the year to over 100 companies at present, which lead to year-on-year huge increase. In addition, normally because of the Chinese New Year holiday in February, oversea companies will stock up in advance in January." rare earth analyst Du Shuaibing from Baichuan Info said.
去年稀土出口配額和關(guān)稅的雙雙放開刺激了稀土出口。2015年1月1日起，稀土出口配額制度正式取消，憑出口合同申領(lǐng)出口許可證，無需提供批準(zhǔn)文件。2015年5月1日起，稀土關(guān)稅正式取消。去年12月，稀土出口量為4838噸，同比增長(zhǎng)66.7%，環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)49.3%。2015年全年，中國(guó)稀土的出口總量為34833噸，同比增長(zhǎng)25.4%。
Last year both released rare earth export quotas and tariffs stimulate on rare earth exports. Since January 1st, 2015, rare earth export quotas were officially cancelled, approval documents are not needed, companies can apply export license with export contracts. Since May 1st, 2015, rare earth tariff was officially cancelled. In last December, China exported 4838 tons of rare earth materials, which is an increase of 66.7% over the same time of previous year and a month-on-month increase of 49.3%. China's rare earth export in whole year 2015 is 34,833 tons, which is an increase of 25.4% compared to the previous year.
不過，出口量大增，稀土價(jià)格卻同比下跌。去年，我國(guó)稀土平均出口價(jià)格為10.7美元/千克，同比下滑6.4%。百川資訊分析指出，主要還是由于國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)價(jià)格下跌，導(dǎo)致出口均價(jià)大幅下滑，出口關(guān)稅和出口配額取消，出口市場(chǎng)價(jià)格貼近國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)價(jià)格，出口企業(yè)也增加很多，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈，稀土出口市場(chǎng)仍會(huì)持續(xù)低價(jià)趨勢(shì)中。
While the export quantity increased dramatically, the prices fell. Last year, China's rare earth average export price is $10.7/kg, fell 6.4% compared to the same time of the previous year. It is pointed out in the analysis of Baichuan Info, it is mainly because the decrease of domestic market price led to the decline of the average export price. Export tariffs and quotas cancellation, and export market prices get close to the domestic market, besides, number of export enterprises also increased a lot, which made the competition more fiercely, the low price trend will continue in rare earth export market.
