本周稀土市場(chǎng)行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格都有所下調(diào)。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格390-395元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1700-1720元/KG，金屬鋱價(jià)格4850-4900元/KG。
This week, the prices of PrNd, DyFe and Tb fell slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 390-395 RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1,700-1,720 RMB/KG, and Tb metal 4,850-4,900 RMB/KG.
為認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)國(guó)家、省關(guān)于持續(xù)開展稀土行業(yè)秩序整頓的工作要求，2019年10月9日，樂山市經(jīng)濟(jì)信息化局會(huì)同五通橋區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)信息化局，在五通橋區(qū)召開了稀土行業(yè)秩序整頓會(huì)議，對(duì)樂山盛和稀土股份有限公司、四川省樂山銳豐冶金有限公司進(jìn)行了約談。會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào)，認(rèn)真落實(shí)國(guó)家、省、市、區(qū)關(guān)于稀土行業(yè)秩序整頓的要求，嚴(yán)格按指令性生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃指標(biāo)依法依規(guī)組織生產(chǎn)，在前期責(zé)令停產(chǎn)整改的基礎(chǔ)上，企業(yè)須取得2019年稀土二批指令性生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃指標(biāo)后方可復(fù)產(chǎn)。（樂山市經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息化局）
In order to conscientiously implement the national and provincial requirements for the continuous rectification of the rare earth industry, on October 9th, 2019, the Leshan Economic and Information Commission and the Wutongqiao District Economic Information Commission held a meeting of the rectification of the rare earth industry in Wutongqiao District and discussed with the Leshan Shenghe Rare Earth Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Leshan Ruifeng Metallurgical Co., Ltd. The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to conscientiously implement the requirements of the nation, province, city and district for the rectification of the rare earth industry, and strictly organize production according to the rules of the directive production plan. On the basis of the previous order to suspend production and rectification, enterprises must obtain the Rare Earths Second Directive Production Plan Target of 2019 to resume production. 海關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2019年9月份我國(guó)稀土出口數(shù)量3570.9噸，環(huán)比減少17.96%，而1-9月份累計(jì)36398噸，較2018年同期減少9%。2019年9月份稀土出口金額2.1億元人民幣，環(huán)比減少12.5%，而1-9月份累計(jì)出口金額23.9億元人民幣，與2018年同期相比減少5.3%。
According to customs data in September 2019, the number of rare earth exports was 3,570.9 tons in China, a decrease of 17.96% compared with the previous month, and 36,398 tons from January to September, a decrease of 9% compared with the same period in 2018. In September 2019, the export value of rare earth was 210 million CNY, a decrease of 12.5% compared with the previous month. The cumulative export value from January to September was 2.39 billion CNY, a decrease of 5.3% compared with the same period of 2018.
2019年1-9月中國(guó)稀土出口量總體處于下降態(tài)勢(shì)，主要受中美貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)升級(jí)和國(guó)內(nèi)主流稀土產(chǎn)品價(jià)格大幅上漲影響。 近期現(xiàn)貨市場(chǎng)方面，十一節(jié)后中美貿(mào)易傳來利好消息，加之市場(chǎng)對(duì)緬甸關(guān)口后續(xù)進(jìn)展處于觀望狀態(tài)，但商家觀望心態(tài)較濃買興偏弱，市場(chǎng)成總體保持一般偏弱狀態(tài)，氧化鐠釹、氧化鏑和氧化鋱等主流稀土產(chǎn)品價(jià)格降幅明顯。（上海有色網(wǎng)）
