本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹價(jià)格小幅下跌，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格繼續(xù)小幅上漲。 亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格378-383元/KG (上海有色，385-388元/KG)，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1270-1290元/KG (上海有色，1280-1300元/KG)，金屬鋱價(jià)格3850-3900元/KG (上海有色，3880-3920元/KG)。
This week, price of PrNd fell slightly while DyFe and Tb price continued to rise slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 378-383RMB/KG (price from SMM: 385-388 RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1270-1290RMB/KG (price from SMM: 1280-1300RMB/KG), and Tb metal 3850-3900RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3880-3920RMB/KG).

The Sydney Morning Herald published a message about Lynas on March 05th, 2019, saying that the company's US$1 billion business in Malaysia would face closure if the company could not reach a compromise on the toxic waste generated by the plant. The renewal of Lynas' license to operate in Malaysia depends on an action plan submitted by the company to dispose of its non-radioactive residue and on the permanent removal of all radioactive residues from Malaysia, which involves a solid waste product containing natural radioactive material-- water leaching purified residue (WLP). "This is not possible in such a tight time frame," Daniel Morgan, analyst at UBS, said in a note.

3月6日-7日，氧化鏑成已突破130萬元/噸整數(shù)瓶頸，且勁頭不減，后市空間仍在?；谏蠞q行情，囤貨情緒繼續(xù)高漲，然而持貨商一改先前的部分猶豫，即使高價(jià)仍多數(shù)表示暫不出售。除此之外，氧化鋱交達(dá)到296萬元/噸相比上周亦有1萬元/噸左右的漲幅，雖不如氧化鏑漲勢強(qiáng)勁但走勢穩(wěn)健，持貨廠家及貿(mào)易商同樣抱有期待。預(yù)計(jì)氧化鏑鋱?jiān)?月中旬前仍將保持上浮勢頭，且空間可觀。（瑞道金屬網(wǎng)）
On March 06th-07th, Dy oxide transaction has broken through 1.3 million RMB/T, and momentum is not reduced, the market space is keeping there. Stockpiling sentiment continued to run high on the upside, but shippers reversed some of their previous hesitations and most said they would hold off even though at higher prices. On top of that, deals for Tb oxide reached 2.96 million RMB per ton, up about 10,000RMB from last week. While not as strong as Dy oxide, the trend is solid and manufacturers and traders are also holding out hope. Dy oxide is expected to remain buoyant until mid-May, and with plenty of room. 根據(jù)美國地質(zhì)調(diào)查局（USGS）2019年新發(fā)布估算數(shù)據(jù)，2018年全球稀土產(chǎn)量增長28.8%。數(shù)據(jù)分析表明，中國增產(chǎn)和美國重啟開采是2018年產(chǎn)量增長的主要原因。
Global production of rare earth grew 28.8% in 2018 according to the latest estimated data in 2019 by the USGS. Data analysis shows that China's increasing production and the resumption from the US of mining are the main reasons for the increase of output in 2018.
2018年中國產(chǎn)量增加1.5萬噸，至12萬噸；美國重啟Mountin Pass采礦，產(chǎn)量從無升至1.5萬噸。此外，馬拉西亞、越南產(chǎn)量略增；巴西、泰國產(chǎn)量小幅減少；布隆迪、緬甸進(jìn)入排名統(tǒng)計(jì)標(biāo)的，產(chǎn)量分別為1000噸、5000噸。產(chǎn)量排名二的澳大利亞2018年稀土產(chǎn)量亦小幅上升，至2萬噸。另外，USGS關(guān)于全球稀土產(chǎn)量和儲量數(shù)據(jù)表明，俄羅斯儲量發(fā)生變化，減少600萬噸至1200萬噸。全球稀土產(chǎn)量從2017年的132000噸增長至2018年的170000噸，增幅為28.8%。
In 2018, China's output has reached to 120,000 tons which is an increase by 15,000 tons. The US restarted Mountain Pass mining, raising production from zero to 15,000 tons. In addition, Malaysia, Vietnam slightly increased production; Output in Brazil and Thailand fell slightly; Burundi and Myanmar entered the statistical ranking for the first time, with output of 1,000 tons and 5,000 tons respectively. Australia, the world's second-largest producer by output, also had a small increase in rare earth production to 20,000 tons in 2018. Besides, USGS data on global rare earth production and reserves indicate that Russia's reserves have changed, there's a reduction of 6 million tons to 12 million tons. Global rare earth production rose from 132,000 tons in 2017 to 170,000 tons in 2018, which is an increase of 28.8%.
