1. 重要新聞簡(jiǎn)報(bào) Briefing of Important News
本周稀土市場(chǎng)行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格保持平穩(wěn)，與上周持平。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格407-412元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1220-1240元/KG，金屬鋱價(jià)格3840-3890元/KG（上海有色，3900-3950元/KG）。
This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 407-412RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1220-1240 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3840-3890RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3900-3950RMB/KG).
海關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)分析表明，2018年10月中國(guó)稀土出口量有大幅度下降，2018年11月中國(guó)稀土出口量回升；2018年11月份中國(guó)稀土出口總量為4610.4噸，同比增加12.4%。
Customs statistics shows that China's rare earth exports amount decreased significantly in October 2018 while rebounded in November, China's rare earth export quantity was 4610.4 tons in November 2018, 12.4% increase year on year.
從金額方面來(lái)看，2018年8～10月中國(guó)稀土出口金額下降，2018年11月中國(guó)稀土出口金額有小幅度增長(zhǎng)；2018年11月中國(guó)稀土出口金額為44.9百萬(wàn)美元，同比增長(zhǎng)15.8%。

馬拉西亞國(guó)土資源部發(fā)布《執(zhí)行審查委員會(huì)關(guān)于萊納斯業(yè)務(wù)的報(bào)告》，要求萊納斯關(guān)丹稀土分離廠設(shè)定條件和時(shí)間表以便處理好放射性廢料。聯(lián)邦國(guó)會(huì)關(guān)丹議員更是在此基礎(chǔ)上要求，萊納斯先處理放射性廢料才能運(yùn)營(yíng)。

看漲觀點(diǎn)：近期走勢(shì)穩(wěn)健，且支持穩(wěn)勢(shì)的利好尚在發(fā)力，供給屢屢遭減，而需求則有小幅抬頭，加之節(jié)前下游備貨，穩(wěn)勢(shì)之下甚至可能再續(xù)小幅漲勢(shì)。看漲理由：一、緬甸稀土仍在發(fā)酵，騰沖隘口易關(guān)難開(kāi)，加之緬方因素復(fù)雜、輔料來(lái)往受限。二、萊納斯困境伊始，產(chǎn)量必然再度受限，遑論45萬(wàn)噸廢料轉(zhuǎn)移費(fèi)用高昂（相關(guān)預(yù)計(jì)6000萬(wàn)美元），澳洲本土是否接受又是問(wèn)題。再者，雙方雖表示將訴諸法律，但馬來(lái)西亞態(tài)度強(qiáng)硬且國(guó)權(quán)自主，抗衡之下，耗時(shí)必久且萊納斯先處劣勢(shì)。
