本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格保持平穩(wěn)，與上周持平。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格405-410元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1160-1180元/KG，金屬鋱價(jià)格3850-3900元/KG。
This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 405-410RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1160-1180RMB/KG and Tb metal 3850-3900RMB/KG.
《國務(wù)院關(guān)于促進(jìn)稀土行業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的若干意見》發(fā)布以來，稀有金屬部際協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制成員單位聯(lián)合地方開展了多輪打擊稀土違法違規(guī)行為專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)，行業(yè)秩序有所好轉(zhuǎn)。為進(jìn)一步深化部門協(xié)作配合，切實(shí)落實(shí)地方政府的監(jiān)管職責(zé)，保持對稀土違法違規(guī)行為的高壓態(tài)勢，從今年開始由稀有金屬部際協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制成員單位聯(lián)合組織對稀土產(chǎn)區(qū)的秩序整頓工作開展情況進(jìn)行督查。

本次督查由工業(yè)和信息化部、自然資源部、發(fā)展改革委、應(yīng)急部、海關(guān)總署、稅務(wù)總部、市場監(jiān)管總局等部門的司局級帶隊(duì)，行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、及主流新聞媒體參加，分成8個(gè)督查組，為期1個(gè)月，檢查地方政府整頓工作部署落實(shí)、稀土企業(yè)政策落實(shí)、舉報(bào)線索查處等情況。通過曝光和通報(bào)違法違規(guī)企業(yè)，警示行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)不去觸碰違法違規(guī)行為的紅線，為合法企業(yè)營造規(guī)范有序的市場秩序和良好的營商環(huán)境，提升稀土行業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展。（工信部原材料司）

稀土走勢先抑后揚(yáng)，價(jià)格觸底外加利好頻出，企業(yè)類似商儲(chǔ)操作，低迷行情初顯一縷曙光。10月31日關(guān)于企業(yè)收購氧化物的消息得證實(shí)，上游分離廠不再急于讓價(jià)出貨轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闀簳r(shí)觀望，同時(shí)看漲心態(tài)萌生，隨著消息的進(jìn)一步蔓延，分離廠家開始試探上調(diào)價(jià)格，氧化物采購亦隨著活躍。

周初冶煉廠競爭依舊，低位小幅刷新，隨著上游氧化物的提振信號(hào)，金屬廠迅速抓住機(jī)遇試探小幅上調(diào)，大廠成位相對上浮1000-2000元/噸，隨后亦步入穩(wěn)定。本輪提振集中在輕稀土，重稀土金屬類比于氧化物同樣未受帶動(dòng)。11月分離廠雖相繼停產(chǎn)限產(chǎn)，但當(dāng)下而言庫存與需求之間仍存在落差，預(yù)計(jì)下周氧化物將繼續(xù)維持漲后價(jià)位保持平穩(wěn)；金屬價(jià)位下周初期有望保持穩(wěn)定。(瑞道稀土)
