本周稀土市場(chǎng)行情鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格普遍趨于平穩(wěn)，基本與上周價(jià)格持平。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬價(jià)格423-433元/KG (19日上海有色，430-440元/KG)，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1170-1200元/KG (19日上海有色，1195-1210元/KG)，金屬鋱價(jià)格4000-4050元/KG (19日上海有色，3950-4100元/KG)

This week, the rare earth market for PrNd，DyFe and Tb tends to be stable, prices are basically the same as last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presents: PrNd 423-433 RMB/KG(Shanghai Nonferrous Metals, 430-440 RMB/KG in Jan.19th）, DyFe 1170-1200 RMB/KG (Shanghai Nonferrous Metals, 1195-1210 RMB/KG in Jan.19th）and Tb 4000-4050 RMB/KG (Shanghai NonferrousMetals, 3950-4100 RMB/KG in Jan.19th）.

稀土報(bào)價(jià)暫穩(wěn)，市面貿(mào)易商有意再抬價(jià)，但廠家態(tài)度傾向平穩(wěn)。氧化鐠釹主流含稅報(bào)價(jià)33萬(wàn)-34萬(wàn)/噸，鐠釹金屬主流含稅報(bào)價(jià)42.5萬(wàn)-43.5萬(wàn)/噸。采購(gòu)多表態(tài)年底剛需補(bǔ)倉(cāng)計(jì)劃量少，對(duì)于大肆宣揚(yáng)詢盤(pán)成大增的說(shuō)法持保留或懷疑態(tài)度。（富寶資訊馬雷）

Rare earth prices remain temporary stable for the time being, the market traders have the intention to increase prices further, but mining companies would like to keep prices steady. The mainstream PrNd tax-included oxide quote is 330,000-340,000/ton, the mainstream PrNd metal tax-included quote is 425,000-435,000/ton. Most of the procurement people say that only small volume needs to fill in the warehouse, they are skeptical about the statement that there is a large increase in the number of inquiries. 為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)稀土行業(yè)秩序整頓工作，加強(qiáng)部門(mén)間協(xié)同，工信部16日在京組織召開(kāi)稀有金屬部際協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制工作會(huì)。工業(yè)和信息化部副部長(zhǎng)辛國(guó)斌在會(huì)上表示，要不斷完善稀有金屬立法、稀土專(zhuān)用發(fā)票等管理制度，研究完善年度生產(chǎn)總量控制計(jì)劃的調(diào)整依據(jù)和辦法，全行業(yè)和各企業(yè)應(yīng)將保持稀土產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)價(jià)格穩(wěn)定作為一要?jiǎng)?wù)，避免價(jià)格大起大落。稀土大集團(tuán)要負(fù)起責(zé)任，發(fā)揮行業(yè)主導(dǎo)作用，共同維護(hù)市場(chǎng)秩序，加快內(nèi)部企業(yè)實(shí)質(zhì)性整合，關(guān)閉、淘汰、轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)一批過(guò)剩分離產(chǎn)能，做實(shí)做精自身產(chǎn)業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)把控、統(tǒng)一運(yùn)作。

To further promote the rectification of the rare earth industry order, and strengthen the coordination between departments, MIIT organized a coordination mechanism meeting of Rare Metals on Jan 16th in Beijing. Xin Guobin, Deputy Minister of MIIT, required at the meeting, to continuously improve the legislation of rare metals, rare earth special invoices and other management systems, to research and improve the adjustment basis and methods of the annual production control plan, the whole industry and enterprises should keep rare earth market price stable and take it as the first priority, to avoid price fluctuations. The rare earth groups should really take the responsibility, play their leading role in the industry, and jointly maintain the market order, speed up the substantive integration of internal enterprises, close, eliminate, turn over a number of excess separation capacity, do solid and fine in their own industry, to achieve a comprehensive control and unified operation.
