本周，中國六大稀土集團陸續(xù)向下屬企業(yè)下達國儲預交單，各分離廠陸續(xù)上報收儲預交數量，這預示著稀土國儲已著手前期準備工作，稀土國儲意向進一步明確。業(yè)內人士透露，按國儲工作安排預計，原期望于在11月召開的稀土國儲招標會議將難以實現，但2017年四季度稀土國儲的計劃不會改變，稀土國儲有望在12月份達成。
