本周稀土市場鐠釹價格持續(xù)上漲，鏑鐵價格回調(diào)，金屬鋱價格企穩(wěn)。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價格: 鐠釹金屬價格635-645元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1460-1510元/KG，鋱金屬價格5200-5250元/KG。

This week the price of PrNd on rare-earth market continues to rise. The price of FeDy is in callback, for Tb, it is stable. Price from Asian Metal of this weekend presented: PrNd 635-645 RMB/KG, DyFe 1460-1510 RMB/KG, Tb 5200-5250RMB/KG.

海關(guān)總署新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2017年7月我國出口稀土4,353噸，較上月增加63噸，同比增加10.34%；中國1-7月累計出口稀土30,573噸，同比增加14.6%。

The latest data from General Administration of Customs shows that, the exportation of rare-earth is 4353tons on July 2017 in our country, more 63 tons than last month, an increase of 10.34%. The cumulative exportation of rare-earth is 30573 tons within Jan. to July, 2017, an increase of 14.6%.

2.業(yè)內(nèi)人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

自進(jìn)入8月份后稀土市場幾乎是直線式上漲，據(jù)生意社價格監(jiān)測，截止到8月16日稀土指數(shù)為456點，較月初364點上漲92點。截止到8月16日氧化鐠釹主流報價510000元/噸，同比上漲102.38%，金屬鐠釹的市場也出現(xiàn)了分歧，市場上有些成價格在62-64萬元/噸，有些大公司的報價仍然維持在67-69萬元/噸左右。金屬鐠主流報價635000元/噸，較年初上漲37%，氧化鐠主流報價585000元/噸，較年初上漲78%。

The rare-earth market is almost straight up since August. According to the monitoring price from Business Community, as August 16th, the rare earth index is 456 points, rose 92 points than 364. As of Aug. 16th, the quotation of PrNd is 510000 RMB/T, increased 102.38%. There is divergence in PrNd market, some of deal price is 620000-640000 RMB/T, but some of quotation from big company still keep in 670000-690000 RMB/T. The price of Pr is 635000 RMB/T, increased 37% than the beginning of this year. Praseodymium oxide price is 585000 RMB/T, increased 78% than the beginning of this year.

自上周后半周開始，稀土市場稍作喘息，鐠釹系列漲勢暫時收住，而氧化鏑開始下跌，8月18日氧化鏑價格跌至1440000元/噸，兩日跌幅累計5%，8月20日稀土指數(shù)為455點，較周期內(nèi)高點1000點（2011-12-06）下降了54.50%，較2015年09月13日低點271點上漲了67.90%。(注：周期指2011-12-01至今)。2017年8月18日稀土08價格漲跌榜中上漲的商品共0種，下跌的商品共1種，漲跌為0的商品共7種。下跌的主要商品有：氧化鏑(-2.37%)。日均漲跌幅為-0.3%.

And Dysprosium oxide began to fall, price fell to 1440000 RMB/T on Aug. 18th, the cumulative decline is 5% within two days. Rare earth index is 455 points on Aug. 20th, fell 54.50% compared with the highest point of cycle 1000 points(2011-12-06), rose 67.90% compared with 271 points of the lowest level on Sep. 3rd, 2015( Note: cycle refers to 2011-12-01 so far). Nothing rises in the 08 price change list on Aug. 18th, 2017, one fell, there are 7 products with no price changed. The main fell commodity is Dysprosium oxide, it decline equally 0.3% every day.

本次稀土大幅飆升很大程度上受益于專項打黑的整治，但近日稀土行業(yè)協(xié)會建議適量增加總量控制指標(biāo)以此來穩(wěn)定市場，預(yù)計三季度稀土市場整體仍是上行為主，但空間受限。

Rare earth soared mainly thanks to the “hit the black", but recently Rare Earth Industry Association suggests controlling market through increasing total control index. Third quarter rare earth market forecast rise, but the place is limited.
