1.重要新聞簡報(bào)Briefing of Important News

本周稀土市場金屬價(jià)格均有上漲。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬460-463元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1220-1240元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格4950-5000元/KG。

2017年上半年，稀土價(jià)格穩(wěn)步上漲，政策常態(tài)化、制度化力促供給收縮。磁材企業(yè)產(chǎn)能利用率處高位，鐠釹元素稀土需求旺盛。2017年1-6月份主要稀土價(jià)格漲幅在9%到35%之間，氧化鐠釹漲幅26%左右，稀土價(jià)格底部回彈。受制于稀土供給總量和總產(chǎn)能過剩引起的供需矛盾，從11年起稀土價(jià)格主要產(chǎn)品深度回調(diào)80%左右，處于底部。打黑高壓、流通可追溯、國儲(chǔ)高頻常態(tài)化，政策執(zhí)行效果提升，力促供給端收縮。利好稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)長期有序發(fā)展，稀土價(jià)格將逐步回暖。在目前時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)下，政策執(zhí)行力度是驅(qū)動(dòng)稀土價(jià)格上漲的核心因素。

This week all the metal prices on rare earth market had increased. Price from Asian Metal of this weekend presented: PrNd 460-463 RMB/KG, DyFe 1220-1240 RMB/KG, Tb 4950-5000 RMB/KG.

In the first half year of 2017, the price of rare earth steadily went up. The normalization and institutionalization of policies help to cut the supply. The capacity utilization of magnetic material enterprises is at a high level. PrNd is the main cause that leads to a great demand of rare earth. From January to June, 2017, the price of main rare earth has increased around 9%-35% and PrNd oxide has increased 26%. The price of rare earth has increased after the decline. Since 2011, the price of rare earth products had a huge callback about 80% which lies in the bottom because it is subjected to the contradiction between supply and demand that caused by the total supply of rare earth and total excess capacity. Hitting the high pressure, tracing back the circulation and the highly frequent normalization of national savings helps to promote the implementation effect of the policies and to cut the supply. It is beneficial to long-term orderly development of Rare earth industry. The rare earth prices will gradually go up. At present, the implementation of policies is the key factor that can drive the price of rare earth to increase.

SMM7月12日訊：國內(nèi)稀土市場大體平穩(wěn)，僅氧化鐠上調(diào)至410000-425000元/噸。鐠釹品種出現(xiàn)暫穩(wěn)跡象。后市價(jià)格變化需視下游剛需情況。

According to SMM reports on July 12th, today China rare earth market price is overall stable. Only PrNd oxide has increased to 410,000-425,000 RMB/T. The current price of PrNd is stable. Later on, the price changes depend on the demands of downstream.

7月12日SMM主流報(bào)價(jià)如下，氧化鐠主流廠家含稅價(jià)410,000-425,000元/噸，氧化釹 320,000-330,000元/噸，金屬釹42-44萬元/噸，氧化鐠釹主流廠家含稅355,000-370,000元/噸，鐠釹金屬主流廠家含稅價(jià)455,000-470,000元/噸。金屬鋱主流廠家含稅價(jià)4850-4950元/千克。氧化鏑主流廠家含稅119-121萬元/噸，鏑鐵廠家含稅價(jià)121-124萬元/噸, 氧化鈥廠家含稅價(jià)41.0-43.0萬元/噸，鈥鐵報(bào)價(jià)43.0-45.0萬元/噸。氧化釓廠家含稅價(jià)8.25-8.45萬元/噸。

On July 12th, SMM mainstream price presented as follows: praseodymium oxide tax-included price is 410,000-425,000RMB/T, neodymium oxide is 320,000-330,000 RMB/T, neodymium metal is 420,000-440,000RMB/T, PrNd oxide is 355,000-370,000 RMB/T, and PrNd metal is 455,000-470,000RMB/T. Tb metal tax-included price is 4850-4950RMB/KG. Dysprosium oxide is 1,190,000-1,210,000RMB/T, DyFe is 1,210,000-1,240,000RMB/T. Ho oxide is 410,000-430,000RMB/T, HoFe quotes 430,000-450,000 RMB/T. Gadolinium oxide tax-included price is 82,500-84,500 RMB/T.
