10月31日，中國(guó)稀土集團(tuán)與廣東省廣晟控股集團(tuán)有限公司在廣州簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。本次簽約是國(guó)務(wù)院國(guó)資委舉辦的中央企業(yè)專業(yè)化整合項(xiàng)目集中簽約儀式的一部分，國(guó)務(wù)院國(guó)資委黨委委員、副主任翁杰明見(jiàn)證簽約并講話。中國(guó)稀土集團(tuán)黨委副書(shū)記、總經(jīng)理劉雷云，廣晟集團(tuán)黨委副書(shū)記、總經(jīng)理陳勝光代表雙方簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。

China Rare Earth Group and Guangdong Rising Holding Group Co., LTD. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Guangzhou on Oct 31. This signing is a part of the centralized signing ceremony of the central enterprise professional integration project held by SASAC of The State Council. Weng Jieming, Party member and deputy director of SASAC of The State Council witnessed the signing and made a speech. Liu Leiyun, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of China Rare Earth Group, and Chen Shengguang, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Rising Group, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides.
