1. 重要新聞簡報Briefing of Important News
（1）本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹、金屬釹、鏑鐵和鋱的價格小幅下降。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)周末價格: 鐠釹金屬價格870-880元/KG；金屬釹價格945-955元/KG；鏑鐵合金價格2210-2230元/KG；金屬鋱價格17050-17250元/KG。
In the rare earth market this week, the prices of PrNd, Nd meta, DyFe Alloy and Tb has decreased slightly. Prices on Asian Metal at the end of this week present: PrNd metal price 870-880 CNY/KG; Nd metal price 945-955 CNY/KG; DyFe alloy price 2210-2230 CNY/KG; Tb metal price 17050-17250 CNY/KG.
（2）工業(yè)和信息化部、自然資源部下達(dá)2022年第二批稀土開采、冶煉分離總量控制指標(biāo)
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the second batch of total control targets for rare earth mining, smelting and separation in 2022.
8月17日，工業(yè)和信息化部、自然資源部下達(dá)2022年第二批稀土開采、冶煉分離總量控制指標(biāo)。
On August 17, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the second batch of total control targets for rare earth mining, smelting and separation in 2022.
2022年第二批稀土開采、冶煉分離總量控制指標(biāo)分別為109200噸、104800噸（不含已下達(dá)的第一批指標(biāo)）。詳情見下圖（括號內(nèi)數(shù)字為所包含的重稀土數(shù)量）。
In 2022, the second batch of rare earth mining and smelting and separation total control targets are 109,200 tons and 104,800 tons respectively (excluding the first batch of targets issued). Details are shown in the figure below (numbers in parentheses are quantities of heavy rare earths included).
2022年前兩批合計稀土開采、冶煉分離總量控制指標(biāo)分別為210000噸、202000噸，相較2021年分別增長25%和24.7%。其中，輕稀土開采總量指標(biāo)為190850噸，較上一年度增長28.2%，中重稀土開采總量指標(biāo)未作調(diào)整，為19150噸。
In 2022, the total volume of rare earth mining, smelting and separation in the first two batches were 210,000 tons and 202,000 tons respectively, up by 25% and 24.7% compared with 2021. Among them, the total volume of light rare earth was 190,850 tons, up 28.2% from the previous year, while the total volume of medium and heavy rare earth was 19,150 tons without adjustment.
四大集團(tuán)中，中國北方稀土（集團(tuán)）高科技股份有限公司獲得的開采、冶煉分離總量控制指標(biāo)最多、增長量最大。包含開采指標(biāo)141650噸（全部為輕稀土），分離指標(biāo)128934噸，分別增長41.2%和43.8%。其次是中國稀土集團(tuán)有限公司，獲得開采指標(biāo)62210噸（包含重稀土13010噸），分離指標(biāo)58499噸，同比增長1.1%和1.2%。廈門鎢業(yè)股份有限公司、廣東省稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司獲得的指標(biāo)較上年未發(fā)生變化。

8月18日，江西省科技創(chuàng)新大會在南昌召開。江西省省委書記、省人大常委會主任易煉紅出席會議并講話。

會議為2021年度江西省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎獲獎代表頒獎。金力永磁副董事長呂鋒作為獲獎代表上臺領(lǐng)獎。金力永磁領(lǐng)銜與南昌航空大學(xué)、鋼鐵研究總院合作的“高性能、低重稀土磁體關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開發(fā)及稀土永磁電機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用”項(xiàng)目榮獲2021年度江西省科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎一等獎。
The conference presented awards to the 2021 Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Award winners. Lv Feng, vice chairman of JL MAG Rare-Earth Co., Ltd., accepted the award on stage as the winning representative. The project of "Key Technology Development of High Performance and low heavy rare Earth Magnet and Industrial Application of rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor", which was led by JL MAG Rare-Earth Co., Ltd. and cooperated with Nanchang Hangkong University and Iron and Steel Research Institute, won the first prize of Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2021.

8月15日，首屆蘇浙皖贛滬質(zhì)量知識競賽江西選拔賽在南昌圓滿落下帷幕，江西金力永磁科技股份有限公司代表贛州市組隊(duì)參賽，最終獲得團(tuán)體一等獎的好成績，將在8月底代表江西省參加首屆蘇浙皖贛滬質(zhì)量知識競賽現(xiàn)場決賽。

本周稀土市場一分為二來看，周中期前，鐠釹產(chǎn)品價格緩慢震蕩，鏑鋱產(chǎn)品有企穩(wěn)跡象；周后期，受開采指標(biāo)公布影響，鐠釹大踏步回調(diào)，情緒影響鏑鋱產(chǎn)品跟跌回落。
This week, the rare earth market was divided into two parts. Before mid-week, prices of PrNd products were slowly shaking, while Dy and Tb products showed signs of stabilization. Later in the week, by the impact of mining indicators released, PrNd strides back, and sentiment impact Dy and Tb products fell back.
鐠釹市場主動出貨與詢單問價之間依舊存在不對等，在對后市的悲觀預(yù)期中，急于出價主動讓利促銷的心態(tài)，拉跨了價格回調(diào)的速度與幅度；而問詢多以詢和觀望徘徊，拿與不拿均表現(xiàn)較冷靜。鏑鋱市場整體持穩(wěn)，主流成交與報價較為接近，但也由于鐠釹跌弱影響而出現(xiàn)低幅成交靠下，且貿(mào)易企業(yè)有讓價力度，且交易方式相對仍較為強(qiáng)勢。（瑞道稀土資訊）
