本周稀土市場稀土價格相對穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價格:鐠釹金屬314-319元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1230-1260元/KG，鋱金屬價格3560-3610元/KG。
This week the price of rare earth was relatively stable. The price at weekend from Asian Metal presents as: PrNd 314-319 RMB/KG, DyFe 1230-1260 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3560-3610RMB/KG.
日前，新疆金風(fēng)科技股份有限公司（以下簡稱“公司"）全資子公司Goldwind USA, INC.（以下簡稱“美國金風(fēng)"）與Viridis Eolia LLC（以下簡稱“Viridis"）簽訂了排他性意向協(xié)議，美國金風(fēng)將為Viridis持有的位于美國懷俄明州，總?cè)萘繛?870MW的Viridis Eolia風(fēng)電場項目提供風(fēng)電機(jī)組，上述項目將采用公司2.5MW及3.0MW永磁直驅(qū)機(jī)組，項目交付期為2017年至2022年；此外，美國金風(fēng)還將為該項目的運(yùn)行及維護(hù)提供長期服務(wù)。這是金風(fēng)科技開拓海外市場獲得的又一個成績，尤其是針對美國的企業(yè)。6年的交付期，相對于1870MW的裝機(jī)總?cè)萘?，可能?千噸級別的釹鐵硼磁鋼。
Currently, Goldwind USA INC. (hereinafter referred to as the "Goldwind USA") which is wholly owned by Xinjiang Goldwind Sci & Tech Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the company") has signed an intent exclusive agreement with Viridis Eolia LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Viridis"), Goldwind USA will provide the wind turbine to wind power project which is hold by Viridis in Wyoming with a total capacity of 1870MW, which will use 2.5MW and 3.0MW permanent magnet direct drive unit and the delivery period of this project is from 2017 to 2022. In addition, the Goldwind USA will also provide long-term support services to the operation and maintenance. This is another achievement of company to open up the overseas markets, especially for the United States enterprises. The 6 years delivery period, which compared to the total installed capacity of 1870MW will possibly use 1000 tons of NdFeB magnet.

Laboratory analysis on source rocks indicates that the number of rare earth metals may have commercial value, the rare earth elements in the nuclear and aerospace fields as well as wind power, military, chemical industry, electronics industry is essential. 奧地利科學(xué)家研制出一種特殊的3D打印機(jī)，能打印出擁有復(fù)雜形狀和定制磁場（磁性傳感器需要）的磁體。新方法快捷且性價比高，為制造特殊磁體開辟了新途徑。
Recently, scientists in Austria have developed a special kind of 3D printer, which can print out the permanent magnet with complex shape and precise custom magnetic field (magnetic sensor needs). The new method is fast and cost-effective, which opens up a new way to manufacture the special magnet.
2. 業(yè)內(nèi)人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders
11月5日稀土市場暫穩(wěn)運(yùn)行，分離廠開工率逐步擺脫8月環(huán)保檢查影響，9、10月小有回升，供應(yīng)量有所放大；雖下游詢盤似較前期活躍，分離廠也有出于為年底節(jié)前備庫而生產(chǎn)的考慮，然而實際需求和供應(yīng)時間的過剩矛盾并未緩解，目前顯然中重稀土更受市場青睞，其原本供需失衡程度也較輕。SMM認(rèn)為，輕中重分化狀態(tài)將持續(xù)。
In November 5th, the rare earth market operation was temporary stable, separation factory operating rate gradually get rid of the environmental inspection in August. There is a small rebound in September and October, and the supply has been enlarged. Although the downstream inquiry is relative active, the separation plant also considered preparing stock before the end of year, the actual contradiction between the demand and excess supply does not get relief. Currently it is obviously that the heavy rare earth is more favored by the market, the supply and demand imbalance degree is also light. SMM believes that the differentiation status of light and heavy rare earth will continue.
5日SMM主流報價如下，氧化鑭廠家含稅價11,500-12,500元/噸。氧化鈰主流廠家含稅價9,300-10,000元/噸。氧化鐠主流廠家含稅價310,000-315,000元/噸，氧化釹 253,000-255,000元/噸，金屬釹31.4-31.9萬元/噸，鑭鈰金屬2.4-2.6萬元/噸，氧化鐠釹主流廠家含稅244,000-246,000元 /噸，鐠釹金屬主流廠家含稅價312,000～316,000元/噸。

Praseodymium oxide mainstream manufacturers tax included price is 310,000-31,5000 RMB/T, Neodymium oxide is 253,000-255,000 RMB/T, Neodymium metal is 31,4000-31,9000 RMB/T, lanthanum cerium metal is 24,000-26,000 RMB/T, praseodymium neodymium oxide mainstream manufacturers tax included price is 24,4000-24,6000 RMB/T, praseodymium neodymium metal mainstream manufacturers tax price included is 31,2000 ~ 31,6000 RMB/T.
