本周稀土市場鐠釹價(jià)格有小幅下跌，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格相對穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬316-321元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1240-1270元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3550-3650元/KG。
The price of PrNd has a slight decrease on the rare earth market of this week while DyFe and Tb are relatively stable. The prices from Asian metal at the weekend present: PrNd is 316-321RMB/KG, DyFe is 1240-1270RMB/KG and Tb is 3550-3650RMB/KG.

從知情人士處獲悉，原定于本周舉行的稀土國儲會(huì)議已被國家發(fā)改委取消，至于具體召開時(shí)間，知情人士表示，“應(yīng)該推遲到下周舉行了，因?yàn)橹坝幸环N說法是9月底之前落實(shí)稀土國儲事宜"。此前，有媒體報(bào)道，稀土國儲招標(biāo)確定在本周召開，本次招標(biāo)量大高于預(yù)期，參與招標(biāo)企業(yè)有：中鋁、廈鎢、廣晟、贛礦、中色。

據(jù)澎湃新聞9月22日消息，上述招標(biāo)會(huì)推遲消息在另一位業(yè)內(nèi)人士處也得了證實(shí)。該業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示，“目前，參與招標(biāo)的企業(yè)還沒有收到招標(biāo)書，也沒有上交保證金"。據(jù)該人士所說，參與企業(yè)收到招標(biāo)書以及上交保證金，這兩項(xiàng)是國儲招標(biāo)會(huì)議正式啟動(dòng)的前提。

按照2016年3月30日國家發(fā)改委組織六大稀土集團(tuán)召開的收儲會(huì)議決定，六大稀土集團(tuán)應(yīng)分三批完成商業(yè)收儲，收儲目標(biāo)分別為1300噸、1600噸、2600噸，共計(jì)5500噸。此前的6月7日，國家發(fā)改委管理的司局級機(jī)構(gòu)國儲局召開了一次稀土國儲招標(biāo)會(huì)，但結(jié)果是9個(gè)品種全部流標(biāo)。當(dāng)時(shí)有業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示，流標(biāo)原因主要在于招標(biāo)價(jià)格不符合稀土集團(tuán)預(yù)期。低價(jià)之下，國儲局有意收儲，企業(yè)卻不愿意在此節(jié)點(diǎn)交付。在流標(biāo)之后的6月22日，國家發(fā)改委專門召開了一次稀土國儲會(huì)議。對該次會(huì)議，業(yè)內(nèi)人士稱，意在“動(dòng)員企業(yè)，強(qiáng)調(diào)稀土國儲的重要性"。

不過，從目前的國儲進(jìn)程來看，“動(dòng)員"效果并不好。中債資信在9月初的一份研究報(bào)告中指出，今年年初，受益于國家稀土收儲預(yù)期及商業(yè)收儲利好，稀土價(jià)格大幅上漲。國儲流標(biāo)后開始回調(diào)，目前主要稀土產(chǎn)品價(jià)格仍處于歷史低位水平。預(yù)計(jì)本次收儲價(jià)格仍將低于主要稀土生產(chǎn)企業(yè)心理價(jià)位，流標(biāo)的可能性較大。
